Program and Strategy Lead

Sude Zoraloğlu is the Program and Strategy Lead at the Vuslat Foundation, where she guides the design and implementation of initiatives that bring generous listening into practice. She combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach, ensuring projects not only move from idea to reality but also make a lasting impact. She is known for blending analytical rigor with creativity, bringing clarity, structure, and vision to complex initiatives.

Her path to this role has been shaped by diverse experiences in government and civil society. She worked at the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Türkiye and contributed to international organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Mother Child Education Foundation (AÇEV). These experiences gave her a deep understanding of how institutions, communities, and individuals can come together to create meaningful change.

Sude holds a Master’s degree in Culture and Conflict in Global Europe from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a Minor in History from Koç University. She also earned track certificates in European Studies, Mediterranean Studies, and Diplomacy.
