Generous Listening Groups:
Beyond the Five Weeks:
Continuation Groups

The journey does not end after the five sessions. Participants who complete the program are invited to join Continuation Groups, monthly gatherings where Generous Listeners come together as a wider circle.

These meetings keep the connections formed in the initial groups alive and provide space to reflect, share, and practice Generous Listening in everyday life.

Continuation groups:

Through these monthly meetings, participants continue to listen, learn, and support one another. The groups have become places of community-led resilience — circles that help people stay grounded, hopeful, and connected to something larger than themselves.

Maintain a sense of community, belonging and mutual support.

Strengthen community bonds built during the five-week journey.

Deepen confidence and emotional awareness through shared practice.

Offer time to reflect on how listening shows up in daily interactions.

Reinforce the identity of being a Generous Listener, symbolized by the bracelet.

Provide opportunities for those who wish to continue as facilitators.

Growing the Community

At the end of the five-week program, each participant receives a bracelet marking their place in the Generous Listening community. The Continuation Groups are where that identity takes shape and lives on.

They keep the network active and connected, turning a time-limited program into an ongoing practice of care, presence, and listening.
