Hosted by the Vuslat Foundation in collaboration with Tisch College and the GLAD Center at Tufts University, the ‘Generous Listening in Organizations’ symposium from August 8 to 10, marked a significant milestone in exploring the impact of listening within organizational contexts.
Held at the esteemed Tufts University and led by distinguished scholar Peter Levine, this symposium, a confluence of thought leaders and experts, examined the role of listening in enhancing individual, organizational, and societal dynamics. Esteemed participants included Gadi Amit, Stav Atir, Crystal Clarke, Hanne Collins, Dayna L. Cunningham, Merve Çağlar, Kenneth DeMarree, James J.
