As Program Director at the Vuslat Foundation, Gaye leads the expansion and implementation of generous listening initiatives, ensuring they reach diverse communities through strategic partnerships and innovative approaches.
With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across diverse sectors, Gaye specializes in program management, strategic partnerships, and capacity-building within the fields of humanitarian aid, education, and social impact. Passionate about fostering well-being through ethical and effective governance, she designs and implements impactful programs that drive positive change in communities.
Her work spans international organizations, civil society initiatives, and technical assistance and grant projects, with a particular focus on EuropeAid, ECHO, UN agencies, and grassroots organizations. She has led initiatives in Early Childhood Education, Youth Development, Trauma Recovery, Preventive Health Strategies, Child Protection, and Refugee Programs.
Gaye holds a Master’s degree in European Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Middle East Technical University. Additionally, she earned a Trauma Studies Certificate from İstanbul Bilgi University.
